Please read the conditions below carefully.


1) General conditions

All the methods of sale, delivery and payment are listed in detail in the various sections of the PROFORMA Model relating to the order and are to be considered an integral and substantial part of this contract. The conditions applicable to each individual order will be those displayed on the Site at the time of the order itself. Any new conditions will be effective from the moment of new indications and will apply only to sales concluded subsequently.

2) Offer to the public

All the products and prices indicated on the Site constitute an offer to the public with the limitations and methods contained on the Site itself and in these general conditions of sale.
All prices included in this contract are to be understood as prices including VAT. Prices can be changed at any time, without notice. Acceptance of this contract constitutes a bond between the seller and the buyer regarding established prices and delivery / shipping methods. Only the quote received by email is to be considered valid as an agreement on the price between the parties (not binding for the purchase) and will be valid (upon receipt of confirmation) for 7 days from the date of request.

Please note that all photos are to be considered indicative. Being handmade products, changes in decorations and colors may occur.

3) Prices and deliveries

The prices indicated on the site are intended as ‘list prices’. As in the agreements to this contract, discounts will or will not be applied. Once accepted, the contract will no longer be variable and / or modifiable.

Deliveries will take place within 3/5 days for products ready for delivery and 30 days for products that will not be available and will be made exclusively for the customer, given the artisan nature of the product. However, the times indicated in the contract will prevail. Upon notification of completion of the order, customers will be provided with information on approximate delivery times. These times are related to the shipment of the package in Italy.
Deliveries to Europe will take place within the days indicated by the courier, but they may undergo variations not attributable to ARTESOLE.

note: Any charges and customs duties are the responsibility of the person making the purchase.
For any anomaly found, the consumer can still contact the company directly.
Artesole s.r.l. will not be responsible for any delays occurred during transport attributable to the Transporter.
Likewise, Artesole cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, incorrect or non-delivery caused by events and / or causes of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, such as for example but not limited to: natural disasters, adverse weather conditions (such as heavy snow), any strikes (of one’s own or of other employees), accidents to means of transport, explosions, or any other cause, similar or different.

4) Acceptance of orders

The order sent by the customer will be binding on Artesole S.r.l. only if the entire order procedure has been completed regularly and correctly without any highlighting of error messages. Artesole S.r.l. will not include in the shopping products not expressly ordered by the customer except as a gift or sampling.

5) Confirmation of the order

In the email box, the customer will receive confirmation of the order placed and this will start the processing phase. During the same, photos will be sent to the Customer certifying the progress of the work.

6) Cancellation and modification of the order

Artesole S.r.l. , as a result of unforeseen logistical and organizational difficulties, you can cancel the order by giving notice to the Customer via e-mail or, subject to agreement with the same, and can change the day and / or time of delivery.

7) Products available and purchase restrictions

Artesole S.r.l. will not be in any way responsible for the temporary or definitive unavailability of one or more products. In the case of unavailability, even temporary, of the products requested, Artesole S.rl. undertakes to meet the customer’s needs in the shortest possible time. In the event of unavailability of the product, Artesole will provide the customer (after prior communication) with a similar product of equal or greater value.

8) Failure to deliver

For delivery, the presence of the Customer or his representative at the address and time indicated in the order is required. If the Customer (or the person in charge) is not present, a second delivery attempt will be made and a stock file will be opened. Storage costs at the shipper’s warehouse will be borne by the buyer. Maximum storage time 2 days, beyond this limit, the costs charged to Artesole for non-delivery and return at the time of the package will be applied to the Customer. After that, Artesole will contact the customer to organize a new shipment (costs charged to the customer). Furthermore, Artesole will have the right to exclude the Customer from the service.

9) Payment

The purchase can be paid by the customer in the following ways:

The customer is required to pay within 5 days of acceptance of the contract and must send a copy of the payment made by email.

In the bank transfer you must indicate the reason for the no. of the invoice or the proforma and the date.

10) Right of withdrawal

1. Customer’s rights are protected by Legislative Decree 206/2005 updated with the provisions of Legislative Decree 21/2014
2. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, even partially, without explanations and without increasing costs, provided that the withdrawal is communicated by e-mail or fax within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the products. The communication can be anticipated, within the same term, by e-mail or fax on condition that it is confirmed within the following 48 hours. This communication must specify the intention to withdraw from the purchase and the product or products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, attaching a copy of the invoice.
If, on the other hand, delivery has already taken place, the consumer must send to the address Artesole S.r.l. at its own expense, the products it intends to return, again within fourteen working days from the date on which it received the products, with the wording “return order” on the package. To verify compliance with the deadline, acceptance of the shipper will prevail. Under no circumstances will cash on delivery or carriage forward parcels be collected. The Customer must therefore return the product at his own expense by express courier addressed to Artesole S.r.l.
(It is clear that the shipping costs are charged to the customer and only the sum of the single product and / or products will be refunded.)
If the withdrawal has been exercised in the manner described, Artesole S.r.l. will refund the amount paid for the purchase of the product in the shortest possible time and in any case within 30 calendar days from the date on which Artesole S.r.l. it became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer.
It should be noted that all products being handcrafted and rigorously made and decorated by hand one by one, cannot be perfectly compliant with the website photos.
The same can present anomalies such as: pitting and / or green spots.
The same, where possible, will be camouflaged with the addition of small decorations or colors.
This process will be communicated to the customer by email.
The right of withdrawal is not allowed in the case of:
1. purchase of products tampered with by the customer.
The Products must be returned in the same conditions in which the Customer received them, placed in their packaging and complete with all the attached materials
2. products that are in evident state of use
3. for reasons attributable to packaging defects that have not been indicated to the courier upon delivery
4. for all products belonging to the “made to measure or personalized” services and products

11) Privacy

Artesole S.r.l. will proceed to the processing of the Customer’s personal data in compliance with the privacy legislation as specified in detail in the information in the Privacy section of the Site.

12) Copyright

The intellectual property of the Site, understood as texts, images and graphics are owned by Artesole S.r.l. All rights related to the use of the trademark, the ownership of the trademark, the products and services present on the Site are owned by the Artesole company. Any unauthorized reproduction, even partial, will be prosecuted in accordance with the law.
